Polyborg starts from the work, not from the hardware. Six-axis arms, vacuum tooling, and vision systems are mature technology; they are not the reason an automation project takes thirty-five weeks. That time goes to four organizations exchanging incomplete information over email, in series, with no shared record of what was agreed. We built Polyborg because that is a software problem wearing an engineering costume.
